Cutter Tool?

I have been trying to get into the swing of scrapbooking, buying all kinds of supplies for years. Well, I am finally just starting to sit down and do stuff. I am trying to find out what kind of tool, or if there is a tool, that make it easy to cut shapes. For example. I was going a page for my friends new baby boy. I had these big letter and I spelled out "BOY" and I glued that to a page and wanted to just trace a mat around the word "boy" but it was not easy with simple sissors. Any ideas? I figure there has got to be something out there.

There are tons of awesome cutting tools out there. To create a title and then do a mat around it easily, I suggest using the Magic Matter. The Magic Matter draws precise lines for matting unusually-shaped photos or die-cuts. You can use any other object you have previously cut out, but it works best with card stock when you want to trace around something you made out of paper. The tool is used with a pencil or pen, which is positioned with the point inside the small center hole. Then, the Magic Matter is placed against the edge of whatever item needs to be matted. It simply rolls against the edge as you trace the shape, creating a perfect mat. Instead of using a pen or pencil, you can also use a vanishing ink pen. That's what I would suggest.

How do i stop her?

I have a almost 6 month old puppy named Dixie-Bear who is a chowchow/golden retreiver mix, we adopted from the shelter, she is so sweet, loving and hasn't been a problem since we got her before christmas, after she was potty trained, we left her alone in the house to run arronds, and she did really good, no mess, no papers torn, nothing really messed up, the last time we both left for more than 4 hours, she chewed a hole in a our wall, in the middle of the wall, well tonight my husband came home and she pulled all the pillows off the couch, pissed on the sleeper sofa mattress, and pooped, tore up my DVD's, and chewed all our papers including bills, what can i do to break her of this? last time he showed her what she did, popped her and she went and got a toy instead, this time he popped her but i dont want to always pop her, what can i do? we dont have a crate yet because we cant financially afford one...and if we leave her in the bathroom she chews on the door... someone help me!

Until you can get a crate or even a baby gate you could try this, to make her less anxious when you are gone.
First when you leave don't say any thing at all to her. Do all the same things that you normally do when you are leaving. Go out side for a few minutes then come back in. When you come in don't say anything to her for at least ten minutes. Repeat this several times a day. Increase the amount of time you wait until you come back in. Gradually she will decide your coming and going is nothing to be concerned about. Especially important is the part about don't say anything to her when you come back in.
