Does Versamark ruin rubber stamps?

I use Versamark and embossing powder to heat emboss on paper, and I cleaned the the rubber stamps several times afterward, but they still seem a little sticky as if there is still Versamark on them. Will it ruin the rubber?

No it shouldn't at all. I use Versamark all the time. I use Stamp n' stuff rubber stamp cleaner. It is cheap and you can find it at Michael's, Hobby Lobby and JoAnns. I also use a rubber stamp cleaner sponge. It is very cheap at Hobby Lobby.

Shape Cutting Stencil

I was wondering if you think this may work out ok?

Orginally I was thinking stencils but that would require me looking up a lot and I don't want to do that. But will wallpaper work?

I'm painting my bedroom a gold/yellow tone on the walls.

My carpet is a dark burgundy like in the comforter on the bed in the picture.

My ceiling is low so we can't use a dark color but the cieling is tiled with large squares. Would it work to buy a wallpaper with a medallion pattern in a yellow gold tone and cut the medallion shapes out and place them in the squares and then paint the remainder of the ceiling in an off white and or white an then the trim around the squares what color ... I don't know.

But does this make sense and would it work?

Something like a french medillion.

Die Cuts Paper

aligning images when printing to die cut sheets?

Lets say I have one *.jpg image I reduce to 1/2" square.

I first go to a die cutter who die cuts 50 - 1/2" squares into an 8.5 X 11 sheet of adhesive back photo paper white.

Assuming each sheet is die cut exactly alike to keep each square on some dimensional exactness.

Then I have align and print 50 images to exactly fit into spaces cut into sheets. So I can later peel off each image.

Which software is best to adjust each image to fit in space die cut.

You can do this in Adobe Photoshop (using a grid) or Illustrator or import the .jpg into a layout application such as Quark or InDesign.

The problem is you'll need bleed space around the images to account for small shifts in the paper when cutting. Ask your printer about the amount of space they'll need; it may be as much as 1/16 of an inch. If you scale the images to exactly 1/2" and then cut to that size, the image will be cut into on some or will have a tiny bit of white space on others. There are no cutters which are so precise and which keeps sheets of paper totally still.
