Ipod Nano 8Gb vs. Ipod Classic 80GB vs. Creative Zen 60GB?

I'm pretty sure I want to get an ipod but I can't decide between the Nano 8GB (3rd Gen) and the Classic 80GB (6th Gen). I'm also thinking about the Creative Zen Vision M 60GB - but it's obviously more money for less memory.

Any one got any input?

My main concern is the reliability of an ipod - I've heard lots of horror stories about them stopping working after one year (this being out of warranty, customers have been told to 'buy a new one' since ipods are only expected to last one year anyway!).

Also, lots of people have said the Nano (being a flash drive) is much more durable than the Classic - to what extent is this true? What would the lifespan of each be?

And (finally!) If I were to buy one in the USA (I live in the UK - but it works out much cheaper to buy one abroad) does anyone know where I'd stand if anything went wrong with it? Obviously I couldn't take it back to the store, but would Apple repair it if it was still in warranty?

well creative is nice the only thing is its heavy,music quality not as high as the ipod and it gets scratched easily , the ipod is really good and yes it comes with 1 yr international warranty so if anything goes wrong u can get it fixed in any country which has an offical apple store and the ipod nano 8 gb -- its quite old but nice ..if u dont want to watch videos then u should go for it .. but if u like videos then go for the creativ e, if u love music and got lots of it go for the ipod classic u cant go wrong with tht
