Big Shot Machine

I have a North Face Big Shot back pack and i got black pen ink on the white Northface logo can i get it out? ?

I do not want to put the backpack in the wash and i dont even think its washable. I need a way to remove the pen without smearing it or putting it in the washing machine. This is a very expensive back pack please help!

Regular ink pen comes out with hairspray. Marker does not. Spray some hairspray on a cloth and rub a small corner of the pen stain to see if it will work for you. Normally, you'd spray the hairspray right on the stain, but I wouldn't want it on the whole bag.

If this fails, try baking soda mixed with a little water into a paste and rub it in to the ink.

Machine Cartridge Printing

HP PSC 1315v printer cartridge cradle jamming - but nothing jamming it?

I've reinstalled and updated all the drivers, cleaned the machine, and checked to be sure there is no paper jammed. It worked correctly at one time, so I know it is not due to packing material. A page will print but at the end, the last part of the paper jams up and I have to physically pull it from the machine. The I get the paper jam errors. Out of options from HP troubleshooting. Any other ideas?

Try re-aligning the cartriges. If that doesn't work then I guess you could contact HP, live with it, or take the opportunity to buy a new printer! I opt for the latter!

Machine Just Released

What computers released in the last couple of years have a pointing stick or "trackpoint?" ?

I am looking to buy a computer and I prefer the IBM style trackpoint over a touchpad and am looking for a laptop with either the trackpoint or both the trackpoint and touchpad. I don't want a Lenovo so I am wondering if anyone knows of any models from Sony or Dell or another manufacturer that incorporated the trackpoint? Preferably a machine with a 14" or smaller screen. I just need a small machine for taking notes in class. THANKS A LOT!
